yesterday saw the first decent weather training day.. Short sleeves for the first time in 2009.. yeehaaa! Time for a nice and long tempo-interval run.
Today went for a looong ride out. Connecting all the horse stables I know around till it started to snow again. At least I have stayed off the rollers this week.
I'M counting the days till I leave for valencia - 6 more nights...
