More of the same yesterday and today:
Put on all the clothes I have available and go out for as long as I can still stand it: Just over 3 hours of cycling yesterday, and 1,5 hours of running today.
Temps are only just around freezing, but the cold easterly wind makes it feel as if it's 10 degrees colder.
